What is CCP up to in Hong Kong

Hong Kong is witnessing waves upon waves of attacks on its freedom campaigners, legal system, election systems, media, police etc etc. Restrictions, raids, arrests, show trials, and prison terms have become practically daily routine.

Is #CCP venting its anger and hatred? Yes, but there is more than that.

History recorded that after CCP took power on the main land, they initially promised the people greatest democracy and freedom. Then came waves after waves of purging campaigns — three-anti, five-anti, anti-rightist etc ect. The purging campaigns targeted elites of society, and together with them, the traditional values and culture they upheld.

The traditional values and culture are truly crucial here because within them, the CCP will be seen as evil and can not survive for long. The traditional culture thus must go and the method is to annihilate its carriers — the true society elites.

Secondly, and equally important for the CCP, it must replace the traditional culture with a culture which is suitable for CCP’s existence, one that practices and honors hate and violent struggle.

This is why CCP will rewrite history, overhaul school education, and perpetuate fear and struggles within the population in one way or another. It is already beginning in Hong Kong and will get worse.
